I specialize in customizing workouts to meet your fitness goals. Whether it is to lose, gain, or maintain, I can assist you in creating a healthy lifestyle. Sessions are 1x1 at Rehab By Qui. Training varies from 2-3 sessions a week, 2 open gym days, and meal guide assistance.
